Our boaters enjoy a new fuel dock, members only party dock, private in ground pool, 24/7 restrooms, mobile pump-out system, water, electric (50A or 30A), convenient trash receptacles and so much more that is available to them!

Discounts for Leaseholders:
- Annual pay customers will receive 1-month free rent
- ACH (automatic bank draft) or a credit card must be left on file when leasing a slip. Anyone signing up for ACH will receive $10.00 off their slip rate per month
- All slip holders receive 10% off their food at the restaurant
- All slip holders receive $.10 off per gallon of fuel at the fuel dock
